How to Wear Bangles

Wearing bangles can be very challenging and daunting to everyone, especially if it is your first time wearing. I am going to explain step-by-step process that I found has been the easiest for our customers and I to wear a bangle.

Before wearing your bangle, it is important to take note that there are three important bone joints here.

Once you are ready to put on your bangle, you need to massage your hands, especially the aforementioned 3 bone joints here. Relax your hands and gently hold the 3 bone joints down, towards the ground. It is important to remember where these bone joints are, as they are crucial landmarks as you put on your bangle.

These bone joints can be a breaking point to whether you are able to wear a bangle or not. Softer and more flexible hands and bone joints are able to wear smaller inner diameter bangles, and bigger and harder bone joints will need to wear bigger inner diameter bangles. Water retention can also affect your comfort level of wearing a bangle, depending on the severity. 

Personally, I have found that using a plastic bag to put it over your hand to wear a bangle is the easiest and least fuss free method. 

As your are wearing them, make sure that the bangle is constantly turning like a tyre on a wheel. Below is a video tutorial of me wearing a type A jadeite bangle, check our video here:
