Refund & Exchange Policy - Huangs Jadeite and Jewelry Pte Ltd

Thank you for shopping at Huangs Jadeite and Jewelry Pte Ltd.

For items purchased from us, we offer a 14 Day Returns / Exchange from delivery date for our valued customers.

1. The item must be unused, in the same, original condition, packaging when you first received and with the purchase receipt.
2. Each item is only allowed to be return / exchange once. If a higher priced item is picked, the customer will top up the difference. If the customer choose to exchange for a lower priced item, we will not refund the surplus.
3. Return / Exchange will NOT be applicable for discounted or sale or auctioned items.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Any items that are damaged or not in the original state will not be accepted for an exchange. Our company reserves the right to decide if the item is in condition for an exchange.

For returns, there will be a charge for administrative and actual shipping fees if free shipping has been previously provided for the shipment. The cost of return shipping shall also be borne by the buyer including taxes paid to customs. All shippiping charges and taxes will be backed up with actual shipping invoices.

***If approved, return / exchange will be issued via store credits only. There is strictly no cash refund.
