First time went to their facebook live auctions and everything was smooth. Bidded 2 items, 1st one was Black Jade 13mm with 2 Pixiu was my favourite, was looking around in the market for 1 pair of it as a bracelet. 2nd one 13mm aquamarine bracelet which I thought I have, double checked, the one i have was amazonite. Haha, so decided to invest in a aquamarine. Great Customer service and I receive my product the next day when you pay before 9.30am on that day itself. Received my product at around 12pm.
